The cacao ceremony has been performed for 1000’s of years by the indigenous tribes of Central America and is considered to be the ‘food of the gods’. During the ceremony we drink raw organic cacao paste. This gently opens the heart chakra and brings new opportunities for personal and relationship insights. Cacao contains over 300 nutrients: magnesium, large amounts of iron, omega-6, vitamin C, chromium, trace elements, zinc & copper to name just a few. Cacao raises our serotonin levels, which helps to relieve depression and to raise our libido.

The combination of drinking raw cacao and experiencing the Orgastic Breath Dance Mediation is an explosive heart-opening mix. Opening the doors to dimensions of pleasure, bliss, sensuality, and peace that enable us to move into a new sense of our erotic energy body.

Orgastic Breath Dance Meditation explores letting go of the mind, moving us into realms of higher consciousness. Through dance, music and Tantric breath we raise the vibrational frequency within all the cells of our body. We activate the higher level chakras and glands. We can learn to direct our life force sexual energy to turn on our thymus gland (heart chakra), thyroid gland (throat chakra), pineal gland (3rd eye chakra) and pituitary gland (crown chakra).

PREPARATION FOR THE COCOA RITUAL, FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS

Try not to drink caffeinated beverages on the day of the ritual. Do not eat 3 hours before the ritual. Do not drink alcohol or take any drugs or medication 24 hours before the ritual. Bring plenty of water and some fruit or nuts to snack on after the ritual.

Andrew has a Master of Health Science (Sexual Health) from the University of Sydney, five diplomas in different styles of bodywork and energy healing. Since 1997 Andrew has been facilitating sexuality and bodywork seminars, courses, retreats, and coaching sessions in 46 countries. He is the author of the book Relationship Guidebook and the co-author of the book Heart of the Flower – the book of yonis.
